Salaris shopping mall
What we did:
Development of a strategy for the mutual influence of the media campaign on the formation of the information field around Salaris and customer feedback on building high-quality coverage by segmenting the digital campaign by ID which mentioned the shopping mall as well as optimizing the business of the mall based on the wishes of the district residence.
Conditions before the campaign:
1. Opening of a new shopping mall in conditions of strong local competitors with a high level of knowledge and customer loyalty
2. Low level of brand trust due to the novelty, postponement of the first visit in favor of the “familiar” competitor
Results:
1) Increasing the level of user interaction with advertising by 107% due to accurate segmentation of the target audience.
2) Analysis of 100% of the mall's references on the Internet throughout the year.
